It has been brought to our notice that certain unauthorised persons are posing themselves
as representatives of SBUT. They are making false promises to unsuspecting members
of the public regarding the transfer or sale of buildings or commercial establishments
or tenements that fall under the purview of the ‘Saifee Burhani Upliftment Project’
(SBUP) area. It has been understood that some have also falsely claimed that they
are authorised to act as agents between SBUT and the other stakeholders.

The public are hereby cautioned against carrying out any transactions with these
unauthorised individuals and also states clearly that SBUT is not in any way responsible
for any transactions executed with such agents. We appeal to the public to kindly
bring to our notice the particulars of such incidents of misrepresentations.

Further, it would be advisable that individuals or firms verify facts with SBUT
before carrying out any sale or transfer of tenements or shops falling under the
Project area.

This is to clearly state that SBUT has not appointed or does not have a relationship
with any individual or firm or company to act, represent or negotiate on behalf
of SBUT. Members of the public are urged to deal with SBUT personnel directly at
